Refund & Cancellation Policy

Donations
Donations to Ek Awaaz Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable. Please verify details before donating. In case of duplicate transactions or proven payment errors, we will process a refund as per conditions below.
Event Tickets (e.g., Kharar Half Marathon)
- Refunds are permitted only if the event is cancelled or rescheduled and you cannot attend.
- Partial refunds may be considered for critical circumstances at our discretion.
- Convenience fees (if any) may be non-refundable.
Refund Conditions
- Duplicate payment or erroneous charge (proof required)
- Event cancellation by organizer
- Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the transaction
Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days. The amount will be credited to the original payment method, subject to your bank/payment provider’s timelines.
Non-Refundable
- Voluntary donations without error or duplication
- Services already availed or partially availed
- Merchandise or kits already shipped or delivered (see Shipping Policy)

- Your full name and contact number
- Transaction ID, date, and amount
- Reason for refund request and any supporting documents
